The ‘International Conference on Alcohol Harm Reduction’ (ICAHR) is a bi-annual event for anyone interested in the reduction of alcohol-related harms. It is designed to guarantee open dialogue and the exchange of expertise and experience fro around the world. The focus of these events is to help create and promote realistic solutions to reduce alcohol related harm. These events are organised by Quest 4 Quality, with IHRA as a partner organisation.
