With over 1,200 delegates from around the world in one place, the IHRA conferences are a great opportunity for organisations to hold a variety of side-meetings and consultations with their members, partners and stakeholders. Many organisations use the conference as an opportunity to hold meetings, and we understand that many of these organisations do not need (or cannot afford) formal satellite meetings prior to the conference. To assist these organisations, we have made available a small meeting room for up to 30 people.
This room will be set up in a boardroom style, and is available for a maximum of 2 hours per organisation - from 0900 to 1800, Monday 12th May to Wednesday 14th May. For international and national organisations, commercial companies and registered NGOs, the charge for this room is €58 per hour (inclusive of tax - but not including AV equipment, translation services, catering or refreshments). For ad hoc groups that fall outside of these categories, the room may be available free of charge (at the discretion of the conference organisers).
