The conference is scheduled to run from 16:00 on Sunday 11th May to 14:00 on Thursday 15th May. There will also be a range of satellite meetings taking place on Sunday 11th May from 08:30 onwards. When making your booking, please ensure that you give yourself plenty of time to attend all of the conference.

The accommodation website is operated by Anderson Tours and provides a comprehensive list of available hotels in Barcelona – including locations and (often discounted) prices. Most of Barcelona is easily accessible by public transport (including excellent bus and Metro networks), and the conference venue is adjacent to Plaza de Espanya. Delegates are advised to book early if they wish to secure a hotel booking near to the venue.
When you access the accommodation website, please note that Barcelona is at the top of the drop-down list of cities.
The accommodation website provides a range of hotels in Barcelona – from 2-star up to 5-star hotel. Rooms will be allocated on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis, so we strongly recommended that you book as soon as possible.
On this website, you will be asked to select a currency, enter the city, choose your dates of arrival and departure, and select a room type (such as ‘twin’ or ‘single’). You can also search by star-rating and facilities (such as air-conditioning and restaurant). Once you have chosen a hotel, a credit card will be required to confirm the booking (and all major credit cards are accepted). You will then receive a confirmation via email.
