When you first visit the online registration system, you will be asked to create a new “user account”. In order to do this, you will be asked to provide your name, address and contact details. You will also be asked to choose your user name and password in order to gain access to the system in the future.
Once you have created a user account, the online system allows you to update your details, pay your delegate fee, monitor the progress and reviews of your abstract(s), and request Letters of Invitation. As the conference approaches, you will also be able to access the results of the abstract review process and details of the conference programme.
