HR2 Reports- International Harm Reduction Association

HR2 is IHRA’s programme of research and advocacy on harm reduction and human rights. The project’s mandate is to monitor the policies and practices of multi-lateral organisations (UN agencies, WHO, World Bank, etc.) and assess their compliance with international harm reduction best practice and international human rights law. This section contains any reports produced as a result of this project.
