IHRA works closely with regional and national harm reduction networks around the world, to coordinate joint projects and encourage the sharing of information, best practice and knowledge. The annual IHRA conferences provide many of these networks with the opportunity to come together and discuss previous successes, lessons to be learned and directions for the future.
