Hotels & Accommodation - Thailand

As a popular tourist resort, Bangkok has a large number of hotels, hostels and other accommodation to suit most budgets. However, as with all major cities, the key is to book quickly in order to secure the best value and most conveniently located rooms.

Delegates are strongly urged to ensure that they have booked and secured accommodation in advance of their arrival in Thailand.

The conference is scheduled to run from 09:00 on Monday 20th April to around 16:00 on Thursday 23rd April. There will also be a range of satellite meetings taking place on Sunday 19th April. When making your booking, please ensure that you give yourself plenty of time to attend all of the conference.

We are also pleased to offer a special shuttle transfer service from Bangkok International Airport for all arriving delegates. Please note these must be booked by internet in advance of your arrival so that Oriental Events are able to provide sufficient transport for all delegates.

We are pleased to announce that hotels and accommodation for the conference can now be booked directly from www.ihra-hoteltravel.com – a dedicated website for the conference which is operated by our official travel partner, Oriental Events. The website can also be used to book trips and excursions in Thailand.

The website includes a number of hotel options – the most convenient being the conference venue itself, the
Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel. In most cases, rooms are available at special rates for conference delegates, and will be allocated on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis, so we strongly recommended that you book as soon as possible.

Please note that this site is commercially operated by Oriental Events and the conference organisers can accept no responsibility in connection to any transactions between delegates, the operators of the site, or individual hotels.
