When you first visit the online registration system, you will be asked to create a new ‘user account’. In order to do this, you will be asked to provide some basic details. You will also be asked to choose a ‘user name’ and password in order to gain access to the system in the future.
The 'user account' allows you to submit abstracts for the conference, request letters of invitation for visa purposes and to keep up-to-date with the latest information via the conference newsletter.
In order to confirm your place at the conference and process your payments, you will then need to register as a 'participant' via the online system.
The online registration system has been designed to efficiently handle all delegate needs and enquiries. Once you have created a user account, you will be able to log on at any point and update your details, make secure payments, submit abstracts for consideration, and request letters of invitation. As the conference approaches, you will also be able to log into the system and monitor the progress of your payments or abstracts.
