‘Harm Reduction 2010: Harm Reduction International’s
21st International Conference’ took place in Liverpool, United Kingdom from the
25th to 29th April, and – despite there being travel disruptions due to a volcanic ash cloud across most of Europe – brought together an incredible 1,100
delegates from 80 countries around the world, including many from Europe, Asia and Eurasia. Particular thanks for this
achievement must go to local conference partner - Liverpool John Moores University.
