‘Harm Reduction 2011: Harm Reduction International’s 22nd International Conference’ took place in Beirut, Lebanon from the 3rd to 7th April, with 800 delegates attending from 79 countries around the world, including many from the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, and Europe.
