Mohali | IPL is returning to the IS Bindra International Stadium after three years. Punjab Kings along with Punjab Cricket Association have made preparations for this. The team started the ticket sale for the first two matches on the online platform. Offline ticket sale will start from 24 March. The team will face KKR on April 1 at 3.30 PM. On 13th April the team will play with Gujarat Titans. Tickets will be available here: Tickets will be sold at Gate No. 2 of the stadium. Whereas, online tickets can be collected from gate number 2A. Tickets will also be sold at booth numbers 9 and 10 (besides the one near Pride Hotel). Online tickets can also be collected from here. Ticket prices have been kept from Rs 1000 to Rs 9000.

The Indian hockey team made a winning start in the Pro League, recovering from a poor performance in the World Cup. India beat world champions Germany 3-2 in the first match. At the Birsa Munda Stadium, Indian captain Harmanpreet Singh put the team ahead with a goal in the 30th minute. Striker Sukhjit Singh then scored in the 31st and 42nd minutes to give the Indian team a huge 3-0 lead. Germany's Paul-Philipp Kaufmann scored a goal in the 44th minute to bring the team back. Michael Struthoff then reduced the gap with a goal in the 57th minute. After this there was no goal and the Indian team won the match 3-2. The Indian team will face Australia on Sunday.
