
HSVP did not transfer the plot, officer’s arrest warrant issued
The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has issued arrest warrants to the Rewari Estate Officer of the authority for not accepting the orders of the Haryana Urban Development Authority in the matter of taking Rs 5,000 in the name of immediate fees and not transferring the plot to the wife even after that. Advocate Hari Singh said that Raghubir Singh, a resident of Gadla in the district, was allotted a plot of 250 square yards in the draw of lots in Sector-4 in 2000. At the same time, Raghubir Singh had submitted other documents along with the fee as per the rules fixed by the authority.
