The Mohali court on Monday rejected the bail plea of former Punjab minister Sundar Shyam Arora. Case Hearing held in the court of Sessions Judge Mohali Avtar Singh. Arora, through his lawyer, had filed a bail application in the industrial plot scam case. Vigilance had registered a case against a total of 10 government officials and employees including the former minister. The matter pertains to the approval of converting an industrial plot into a developers company and setting up a township by carving out the plot.
