However, when he started pressuring her to marry him, she refused as she was already married. The accused then began threatening her and her family.
On June 10, the woman went to the gym as usual, but the accused locked her in a room adjacent to the gym and raped her. He also took pictures of her and started blackmailing her. He even shared the pictures with his family, which prompted the victim to file a complaint with the police.
