Smriti Mandhana has been in good form recently and has been a consistent performer for the Indian team. Her rise in the rankings is a testament to her hard work and dedication towards the game. On the other hand, Harmanpreet Kaur has been struggling with her form and has not been able to contribute much with the bat in recent times. Her slip in the rankings is reflective of her recent performances.
In the bowling rankings, Rajeshwari Gaikwad has been a key player for the Indian team and has been among the wickets consistently. However, her slip in the rankings is a minor setback, and she will look to bounce back in the upcoming matches.
